Bridget has a years of experience leading teams in providing high-quality, family friendly Behavior Analysis services. She is a former educator and non-profit administrator and brings these skills to a leadership role that prioritizes both staff and families. Bridget coordinates all insurance for each family that enrolls in the program. In her spare time she enjoys spending time outdoors with her son and husband on their farm with their rabbits, chickens, horses, dogs and alpacas!
Nicole was the first to join the Behavioral Transformations team in 2018 and we’re so lucky to have her!
She’s originally from NH and has lived in Raleigh since 2018. She enjoys the warmer weather and new atmosphere! She loves spending time with her family and being outside. She’s been working with children for more than ten years and four years ago became an RBT. Nicole excels at delivering child-friendly, play-based therapy and creating solid foundations for each of the kiddos she works with!
As clinical coordinator, Nicole makes sure that teams have the staff and training they need, and keeps tabs on the schedule- we couldn't do what we do without her!
Jordan has been a BCBA since 2017, and has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2014, joining the Behavioral Transformations team in 2019. She has a Bachelors degree in Pre-Art Therapy from University of Indianapolis and attended Ball State University to obtain her masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. When Jordans not working she enjoys painting, photography, being with her family, and any and all do it yourself projects around her house. Jordan continues to show a passion for bringing creativity and therapy together in her work. When visiting our clinic, check out the art work all around- we're thankful for Jordan's talent in making our space cozy and creative!
Ashley is a lifelong native of Raleigh and joined the Behavioral Transformations team in 2019. She's been in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis since 2016, having started as a Registered Behavioral Technician in multiple settings while she worked toward completing her masters degree and BCBA credential. She graduated from Florida Institute of Technology with a Master’s in Professional Behavioral Analysis and was certified in 2019. She's worked in multiple areas serving toddlers-teenagers across multiple settings and has a passion for decreasing maladaptive behaviors, increasing functional communication, and spreading knowledge to others about the field of ABA. In her free time you can find her hanging out with her fiancé & dog, teaching swim lessons, and playing with her niece and nephews!
Jordan joined the Behavioral Transformations NC team as we continued our expansion in 2020. She attended Ball State University and obtained an undergraduate degree in Speech Pathology and discovered her passion for ABA while working at an Autism center after graduation, where she was providing therapy for children and adults that had been diagnosed. During this experience she decided to follow her passion and further her career by pursuing a graduate degree in ABA and achieving her BCBA certification. Jordan takes great pride in sharing each child and families achievements and successes with them and continues to be so thankful to be able to share ABA with the families in North Carolina! In her spare time, you can probably find her spending time with her husband, daughter and 2 dogs!
Brooke recently graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a bachelors in psychology. She has recently joined the team as a behavior technician and is looking to continue towards her masters in ABA in the future. Brooke has worked with children throughout her life. Her passion for working with children with ASD started with a program in high school called PEPI, and has continued to grow. She has lived in North Carolina for most of her life. She enjoys spending time with her dog Finley and making her way to the beach when she has time!
Clare is a BCBA from West Virginia, who has been in the Applied Behavior Analysis field since 2014. She has a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Human Biology from West Virginia Wesleyan College and her Masters in ABA from Shenandoah University. When Clare isn’t working, she enjoys taking hikes with her dog, playing music, and spending time with friends and family.
Maddy has been in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis since 2017, joining the Behavioral Transformations team in 2019. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Child Development, from East Carolina University, GO PIRATES! Maddy is currently enrolled at Florida Institute of Technology working towards her Masters in Applied Behavioral Analysis and BCBA credential. Maddy was a cheerleader for 15 years spanning across all-star cheerleading and then onto cheering on the Pirates all four years at ECU. In her spare time you can usually find her outdoors with her pup!
Carrie joined Behavioral Transformations as a licensed RBT. Prior to joining Behavioral Transformations, I worked with special needs students in the school system for 8 years as a 1 on 1 aide. I am originally from the Cincinnati area and my family and I moved to Raleigh in August of 2017. I am happily married to my husband Scott and we have 2 teenage boys, Carson, 14, and Benjamin, 16. In addition to my professional experience with special needs, I am also the mother of a special needs son. My oldest son Benjamin was diagnosed as Autistic at the age of 5. I am extremely passionate about helping the children I work with to reach their goals. Watching their progress and seeing the excitement in the families as we reach new plateaus is what keeps me coming back every day.
Sarah joined the Behavioral Transformations NC team in 2019 and holds a Bachelors degree in psychology from North Carolina Central University. She has been in the ABA field since 2017 and is excited to be continuing her graduate career in Applied Behavior Analysis and working toward her board certification as a Behavior Analyst.
Sarah is a lifelong Raleigh native and enjoys spending time playing basketball or at the gym. She is also a certified personal fitness trainer!
Meredith started working for Behavioral Transformations of NC in the beginning of 2020. Meredith graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelors in Psychology in 2017. She is very passionate about caring for children and adults on the autism spectrum and providing the highest quality of services to clients with special needs. Meredith has enjoyed being a technician so much that in time she is planning to go back to school to become a board certified behavior analyst. In her free time, Meredith enjoys family, friends, and the great outdoors.
Hallie grew up in Clayton, NC with her family before moving to Raleigh in 2015 to attend NC State University. While at NCSU she studied Psychology and obtained a minor in Sociology as well. Hallie has been an RBT for a little over a year and has loved every second of it! Her special interests in psychology include children with complex needs, Autism Spectrum disorder and the use of animal assisted therapy. Hallie plans to attend graduate school to pursue a masters degree in clinical psychology and acquire her credential to practice animal assisted therapy as well. Her passion is to use these credentials to support families in facilitating relationships with children with special needs and companion animals. Hallie currently resides in Raleigh with her boyfriend, and rescues- Chewy, the pittie, and Stitch, the cat! In her free time Hallie enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, playing piano and watching Disney movies!
Sarah, a West Virginia native, new to Raleigh has been working in the field of ABA since 2018. She holds a B.A. in Early Childhood Education from Marshall University along with an associates degree in Early Childhood Development and plans on continuing her education to become a BCBA. When Sarah is not working she enjoys reading, hammocking with her husband, cooking, and running her own small business making polymer clay earrings.
Hunter is from Knightdale, NC and lived there his entire life until he moved to Greenville, NC to attend East Carolina University. At ECU he obtained a Bachelors degree in Family and Community Services. During his undergrad he was able to gain years of experience as a CNA and work with the local children’s developmental services agency located in Greenville. Following graduation he joined a clinic located in Greenville and found his love for ABA. After a few months as an RBT he decided to pursue a masters degree to become a BCBA. He has been an RBT for going on two years now and currently attends Ball State University. When he's not studying or at work he enjoys watching sports, shoe shopping and spending time with his fiancé Rachel.

Shannon just moved to North Carolina from Maryland. She has been working with children with special needs since 2012 and joined Behavioral Transformations in August 2020. She got her Master's degree at Towson University in Maryland and was an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher for 3 years working with a wide range of students with special needs. She has a great passion working with children with special needs and absolutely enjoys getting to know each one! She is on her path to become a BCBA. When Shannon is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, running, taking her two dogs on a walk (Mac and Stella), yoga and cooking!
